I click Add Mod from File as usual, but when I click on the mods I want they don't show up in the mod manager. Any of you guys using Mod Organizer instead of NMM for Skyrim, Oblivion, Fallout, NVetc? I just started using it yesterday and it immediately fixed the one giant problem I have with modding those games and that is filling the install folder with mod .dll files.

mo2 for certain, especially if you used mo for skyrim. Personally I install the portable version of it, and set the base download directory manually to the location on my hard drive where all the mods for that version of the game sits. Okay folks, so I know theres always a debate between using MO and NMM, at least for Skyrim, and thus far Ive had better luck with NMM than MO, but I guess Ive been lucky. Just got hit with having to do a full reinstall of Fallout 4 because somehow NMM broke itself.I really dont understand the how Nexus Mod Manager works best if the Virtual Install is on the same Hard Drive as the game. However, if you want to conserve space in a specific Hard Drive by installing the game on one and the Mods on another the Nexus Mod Manager does allow you to do this but in order to achieve this, you have to enable Multi HD Install during the installation I didn't have space on my C: drive to continue modding anyways, so I re-downloaded Skyrim to my D: drive, but I don't know how to mod it from there.
